We rented an apartment in Bulgaria through the German-speaking real estate office Nils Ott Group Ltd. in Sunny Beach. Ms Dehn and Mr Ott personally were already very friendly, competent and attentive during the first conversations and answered all our questions in detail.
They asked many questions about our wishes in order to select the right properties for us in advance in different places along the Black Sea coast. During the viewings on site, we were shown many properties that really matched our requirements.
All questions were answered professionally, and the advantages and disadvantages of each apartment were explained clearly. Mr Ott and Ms Dehn remained friendly and patient and even showed us previously viewed properties a second time.

We met Nils Ott through eBay Kleinanzeigen in February 2023. In May 2023, we selected one of the properties he offered on site — a 178 m² villa with a pool.
