Our main focus is Bulgaria, especially the Black Sea coast: Sunny Beach, Nessebar, Sveti Vlas, Ravda, Aheloy, Pomorie, Burgas and nearby regions. In addition, we are actively expanding our Georgia division, especially in Batumi.
Since 2026, we have also been offering properties worldwide together with professional local partners. For every country, we pay attention to reliable cooperation, strong local competence and transparent support for international buyers and sellers.
